The 18-apartment recreational building was designed by the architects at New Folder, known for their strong focus on sustainability, modernity, and harmony, aiming to blend the building’s form with the surrounding nature. The modernist structure features rounded shapes—reminding some of a drop, others of a ship—and flowing surfaces that echo the wind-shaped sands of the dunes, continuing the late 18th-century history of the Vanagupė resort. For the project developer, it was immediately clear that this was the beginning of Vila Verde — a green retreat.

For the project developer, it was essential that the building’s exterior and interior merge into a unified whole, without losing the core values of harmony and aesthetics — and that the interior envisioned in the visualizations would become a tangible reality. The interior design of the apartments was entrusted to Clue Studio, the official representatives of Eichholtz. Clue Studio creates interiors where modern classic style intertwines with Italian, French, and Spanish influences, while still honoring the character of the location where the design is brought to life.
Projekto vystytojui buvo svarbu, jog pastoto eksterjeras ir interjeras susilietų į bendrą visumą, nepamirštant svarbiausio – harmonijos ir estetikos, o interjero vizualizacijose sukurtas interjeras virstu apčiuopiama realybė. Apartamentų dizaino kūrimas patikėtas Clue Studio, oficialiems Einchholtz atstovams. Clue Studio kuriamuose interjeruose persipina moderni klasika, su Italijos, Prancūzijos ir Ispanijos prieskoniais, tačiau nepamirštant vietovės, kurioje kuriamas dizainas, prigimties.
